Today in Moscow you can try Moroccan cuisine that is rightfully considered to be one of the best in the world only in our restaurants. Although it is not so well known in Russia, Moroccan cuisine is popular in Europe, in the USA and, of course, in the Middle East and Africa. What is the reason of such popularity? The answer to this question becomes evident to everyone, who has tried real Moroccan dishes at least once. The unusual taste of familiar products used for cooking, amazes, elates and will be long remembered.

Basically, Moroccan cuisine is home cuisine. It is not the exotic ingredients that make the taste of Moroccan dishes so unforgettable, but a special cooking method and a skillful use of spices. Popular opinion has it, that one can try real Moroccan cuisine only in Morocco. Surely, there is a point in it – only a Moroccan can cook true Moroccan food.

Our chef, Abdelaziz El Janati, a Moroccan born in the town of Fez, agrees with it. He is very proud of his job and every time our guests pass the words of gratitude and admiration, he is sincerely happy and proud for his work, for the work of his cooks, for our restaurants, for Morocco and for his native town of Fez. It should be said that in Morocco the Fez cuisine has the reputation of the best in the country and the Fez chefs are also believed to be the best in their profession. Many of our guests share this opinion.

In our restaurants you can taste all the best and the most famous Moroccan specialties: superb couscous that is a must for any festive table; briuates that are very popular with the Moroccans, as well as with our guests; unique bstella; delicious meshui, cooked according to a recipe that is almost 300 years old; traditional kharira soup and, of course, numerous tajins – the most famous dishes of Moroccan cuisine, to say nothing of the famous Moroccan salads, which are usually served several at a time in little portions, amazing Moroccan sweets and, of course, real Moroccan tea.

Like the Russians, the Moroccans are especially fond of char-grilled meat and fish, that is why those, who appreciate a well-done stake more than any elaborate meal, will be happy to find a chargrill in our restaurant in Sheremetievskaya Street. It is placed right in the center of the room, so that the guests can watch their shashlik and king prawns being grilled. For those guests, who would like to see a fire show in addition to their meal, our best chefs can prepare marble beef, seafood of caramelized tropical fruit flambé right at their table.

Apart from the unforgettable taste, Moroccan dishes are distinguished by their undoubted healthiness, resulting from the generous use of vegetable products and the method of cooking. We use halal for cooking meat dishes. Apart from spiritual benefit, halal meat is by far healthier, than usual meat.

All our restaurants have a bar stocked with a wide range of alcoholic and alcohol-free drinks and cocktails, many of which arte prepared using original recipes. After the meal our guests can relax, have a quiet chat and smoke kalians, a big selection of which can suit various tastes.

We pay special attention to the quality of food and drinks. Apart from strict compliance with the traditions of Moroccan cuisine, quality is the most important element of our restaurants culture. We will never try to gain profit at the cost of quality. This approach is rewarded by the appreciation of our customers.

Friendly and cordial atmosphere of our restaurants is quite in line with the traditions of eastern hospitality. Cozy rooms, the calm atmosphere of the place, discreet ethnic music and affable waiters give our guests an opportunity to fully enjoy the masterpieces of Moroccan cuisine or just while away their time with their nearest and dearest. Often our guests arrange business meetings at our restaurants. Every evening we have a belly-dance show and several times a week we invite musicians.

Now we have two restaurants in Moscow (in Kotelnicheskaya Embankment and in Sheremetjevskaya Street) and a café (in Kashirskiy Road).
